How to use CellOPark Prepaid Cards

To Register -
Register via our website
https://www.cellopark.com.au/Site/register
and
select Pre-paid in the 'Payment Type'.
OR, dial
1300 467275 (1300 GO PARK) to register
with the call centre. Provide the operator with your details
including your vehicle registration, mobile phone number and the PIN
code.

You can also register by sending an SMS to
0400 989 989
in the following format
(This applies only to visitors who do not
need to enter a student/staff ID):
xxxxxxxx(PINcode).yyyyyyyyyy(mobile).abc1234(vehicle registration)
You will receive a confirmation SMS.
For example for PIN code 11111111 mobile number
0412345678
and
car registration CAR5678, send:
1111111.0412345678.car5678
To Recharge
(if you already have an account) -
Log in to your online account (at
https://www.cellopark.com.au/Site/ ), go to the 'Payment
Details' tab (make sure that the "prepaid card" option is selected) enter the PIN number and click 'Activate'.
OR send an SMS to
0400 989 989 in
the following format (This applies to all
users):
xxxxxxxx(PINcode).yyyyyyyyyy(mobile).abc1234(vehicle
registration) -
You will receive a confirmation SMS.

To activate a parking session use the CellOPark App on your
Smartphone, OR dial your local call-to-park number and follow the prompts, OR go to
your online account and go to "Live Parking".

To end a parking session use the CellOPark App on your Smartphone OR dial
your local call-to-park number OR go to your online account and go to "Live
Parking".
Prepaid
Terms and Conditions

The Prepaid balance is valid for 1 year from its date of activation.

The Prepaid balance is not refundable.

A used PIN cannot be replaced or refunded.

The card price may be subject
to a 10% distribution fee.

Caller ID must enabled when using the CellOPark system.
